Use the contact page on this site to fill in your information.   You will be contacted by Rev. Terri Cooper, M.A.,MFT.   She will send you an information sheet which will be the work order we will use to provide you with your individual requests: (color of roses, songs you want on your video, personal preferences in your custom ceremony, etc.).

Then you will be requested to contact Jeff Azevedo, our videographer, who will take your retainer and forward to you the contract for our services.   All team members will be notified to calendar your event once the retainer is obtained and the contract signed.
